Tiered Pricing Structure
Did you know that camper fees do not cover the entire cost of a camper to attend HFCC? Thanks to our generous donors, we are able to subsidize our rates to make camp more affordable for families. Camper tuition is paid in tiered rates. Each family may select the tier that best fits its income. The tier chosen is confidential and in no way influences the experience campers receive at camp. The true cost for one regular summer camp week exceeds $500. This fee structure offers the opportunity for families to take an active role in supporting the true cost of their child’s camp experience. Camp CedarRidge subsidizes its total expenses through the contributions of its donors.

Financial Assistance
We understand that it is not always easy to send your child to camp. That’s why we created camperships. If you are in need of financial assistance, please complete a campership application here.
Optional Add-Ons
Tuck shop - (varies)
Our camp store is open every day for campers to grab anything from a snack to an HFCC sweatshirt! Tuck shop money can also be used to purchase extra materials from the craft cabin or free time riding with the horses. Most campers have $20 - $40 in their tuck account.
Horsemanship Activity Class - ($90)
If your camper would like to take horsemanship as one of their specialities during Boys Camp or Girls Camp, it must be selected during registration. We ask campers to pre-register as there are a limited number of spots available in these classes each week.
Special Meals - ($35)
We are happy to work with dietary needs including dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, and nut or other allergies. Please make sure to select the special meal during registration and mark the requirements on your camper’s health form.
Refer-A-Friend Discount
By referring a friend, you and your friend can earn credit toward your camper tuition fees.
We know that our best advertising is done by our current Camp CedarRidge families and the referral program is our way of saying thank you for spreading the word. The more friends you refer using this program, the more credit you earn. You could even attend camp for free this summer!
How to refer a friend:

Tell a friend about Camp CedarRidge.

In the registration process on the discounts page, check the box for the Refer-A-Friend discount and enter the full name of the camper you are referring.

Be sure to have your friend check the same box on the discounts page and enter the full name of the camper who referred them when they register their child for a summer camp session.

They save $50 and you save $50.
Some conditions apply. Discount may only be applied to Boys Camp, Girls Camp, and SOAR Wilderness Adventure. Please review the terms and conditions for complete details on the referral program.
Terms and Conditions

In order for any camp tuition credit to be awarded to you or your friend, the following criteria must be met:

You, the referring friend, must be a member of an existing Camp CedarRidge family- households with campers who have previously attended a Camp CedarRidge session.

Your friend must be a member of a new Camp CedarRidge family- a household with campers who have never before attended any Camp CedarRidge session (including extended family members provided that extended family member has not previously attended a Camp CedarRidge session).

Your friend must select the promo and your name as the referring friend at the time of registration. Names cannot be applied retroactively.

Only one name can be entered as the referring friend. Only one referring friend can receive the referral credit for a friend.

Camp tuition credits will be awarded to you and your friend at the time your friend registers for a Camp CedarRidge Summer Camp Session (Boys camp, Girls camp, Horse camp, Wilderness Canoe Trip, LEAD).

Tuition credits may only be applied toward summer camp sessions (Boys camp, Girls camp, Horse camp, Wilderness Canoe Trip, LEAD).

Referring friends may refer more than one friend. Referring friends receive one $50 credit toward camper tuition for each qualifying new friend; however the credits earned cannot total more than the referring friends’ camper tuition.

Credits have NO CASH VALUE and can be used only to reduce camper tuition for summer camp sessions. All special activity and transportation fees must be paid in full.

Credits may not be transferred to another person.

If you, the referring friend, does not register for a summer camp session, no tuition credits will be awarded to you; however your friend will still receive the $50 credit.
